We are super excited to announce our return to work 😀 We realise a lot of you have missed appointments over these last 7 weeks, and during this time you would have also grown a lot of hair - I’m bringing my hedge trimmer in! 😂😉
We ask you to please contact us via phone, email or alternatively book online www.miadolce.co.nz . We had 230 online bookings alone the day before reopening and will be all working extremely hard to accommodate all of our clients. If you have to wait longer than expected for your appointment, we thank you in advance for your patience, and please remember to be kind ❤️
The Mia Dolce team have all become certified in Dermalogica’s Clean Touch guidelines - taking hygiene and the way we deal with each customer and service to the highest level. We want to make it our top priority that not only yourselves but our Staff are always safe.
If you are feeling unwell, please stay at home. However please be courteous and let us know at least 12 hours before your appointment, so we have the chance to look after another client who has been patiently waiting.
Below are some changes that you can expect to see at Mia Dolce …
We will be limiting the amount of people we have in the Salon. If you are asked to wait outside, please be understanding.
⭐️Please do not bring another person (including children) to your appointment.
⭐️We will be asking all clients to sanitize their hands as they enter the Salon
⭐️Please do not come to your appointment if you feel unwell, you will be asked to reschedule if you are sick.
⭐️There will be no refreshments, so you may wish to bring your own water bottle.
⭐️There will be no magazines, so please bring your own reading or device, we will be offering free WiFi.
⭐️Your therapist and our Front of House staff will be wearing personal PPE, so please don’t be alarmed.
⭐️We will have disposable sheets and plastic coverings on beds which can be disposed of or sanitized easily.
⭐️Surfaces will be sanitized after every client and thorough cleaning is scheduled throughout the day.
⭐️Pay-wave is now available and encouraged for payment
⭐️When rebooking we can send a text with your next appointment or ask you to enter your booking(s) into your phone
⭐️We will still be offering free online delivery of products, for those who would prefer not to come into the store.
